REFUNDS
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out within 30 days of your order date and we’ll do our best to make it right.
If your product arrives damaged, email us at info@mykoibotanicals.com with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll promptly issue a 100% refund and send a replacement—on us.
RETURNS
We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. If that’s the case, you may initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your items arrive safely.

Need a return label? We can provide a prepaid label at a discounted rate, and deduct the cost from your refund.

Once your return is received and processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued for the original purchase price only. Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable.
